Professor Ursula Hoadley


Role

Ursula Hoadley is an Associate Professor in the School of Education at the University of Cape Town. She works on a wide range of national and international research projects, including work on the ‘Provision of basic education in South Africa: Institutional and political challenges’ project for ESID.

Research

Ursula’s research interests include: curriculum policy; pedagogy; school organisation; early grade reading; education and inequality; and education in African contexts.
